One of the initiators of Sarai, he is member of the editorial collective of the Sarai Reader series. He has contributed to numerous scholarly and popular articles in newspapers, magazines, journals, anthologies and books on a range of themes. He coordinates the Distributed Research Network at Sarai, as well as the Information and Society research aspect.
