Both locations are to be found near the Leidseplein, in the centre of Amsterdam. From the Central Station the square can be reached with trams 1,2 ,5 and 11.

Both locations are near to the Central Station, and can be reached with trams 4 and 5. For V2_Organisatie use the stop 'Eendrachtsweg', for Zaal De Unie use the stop 'Mauritsweg'. A trainticket for an individual roundtrip can be obtained at the Central Stations and costs 37,00 guilders. Trains depart twice per hour, travel time is approx. 1 hour.

BUSSHUTTLES:

For the general opening in Rotterdam several busses will leave Amsterdam at 18.00 hours sharp, in front of Paradiso. Busses will return to Amsterdam at 23.00 hours (estimated time of arrival: 24.00 hours). Friday, Saturday and Sunday a busshuttle will leave Amsterdam at 13.00 hours, and return to Amsterdam at 18.00 hours (estimated time of arrival: 19.15 hours) Reservations are necessary, and can be made up to one day in advance at the central ticketdesk in the lounge of De Balie.

GENERAL PRICE INFO:

Day Tickets Amsterdam: 25 guilders / reduced rate 20 guilders (valid all day in Paradiso and De Balie + eveningevents in De Balie, NOT for evening events in Paradiso)

Day Tickets Rotterdam: 10 guilders / reduced rate 7,50 guilders (valid for the day-programme and exhibition in V2-Organisatie, NOT for evening events in Zaal De Unie)

Busshuttle Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Amsterdam: 5 guilders

Passepartout Amsterdam and Rotterdam, all day and evening events including 1 roundtrip with the busshuttle to Rotterdam: 100 guilders / reduced rate 75 guilders.

The reduced rate is offered at request to all holders of valid Student and Press Cards.

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations must include personal name, name of organisation, adress, phone number and possibly e-mail adresse. Separate reservations should be made for the busshuttle and for participation in the workshops. Please note that day tickets and passepartouts do NOT guarantee seating. All holders of day tickets and passepartouts must collects separate tickets for evening events in De Balie Theatre at the central ticket desk up to one and a half hour before the event starts. The maximum capacity of the bus and venues will be strictly observed.
