Drew Hemment
Biography
Drew Hemment is director and founder of the futuresonic festival of electronic music and media arts, a research fellow in Creative Technologies at the University of Salford, and a freelance writer, curator and producer. He was involved in the early development of dance culture in the UK, has subsequently been active within electronic music and media arts, and has sought to explore the connections between art and activism with projects on surveillance and migration.
