Arun Mehta
Biography
Dr. Mehta has been very active in the areas of telecommunications, computing and human rights since his graduation from IIT Delhi in 1975.
I am currently a Director in Kaleidoscope Private Limited, the film and TV company that produced Bandit Queen, Fire, Rajdhani, etc. and also the Chief Technical Officer in Net Radiophony India Private Limited, a company launched this year to pursue innovative projects in convergence. I am also President of the Society for Telecommunications Empowerment (STEM), which seeks to bring the benefits of modern telecommunications to the poor.
