One of the organisers of the Sao Paolo TML worked some time for a computer clubhouse at an ngo here in Sao Paulo, brazil." In there, we had an only-girl's day (from 8 to 18 years-old). They loved it. We had workshops from sexual issues to community stories. We even tried to develop a game, based on their narratives. I do not believe girls do not feel attracted by IT the same way as boys, but it's just that so much digital content (games, web, etc) are male-oriented (of course, mostly made by men) -or clicherized to the spine- that it's just not stimulative enough for them...
