Todd Lester
Biography
-Speaker on African cartoon culture- Todd Lester is an independent consultant for participatory and development communications. He holds a Masters of Public Administration from Rutgers University and is candidate for Doctorate of Public and Urban Policy and a Film Production Diploma both from the New School for Social Research in New York. Todd has just finished working on a project for ‘Conflict Prevention and Effective Communication in the Southern Caucasus’ and currently serves as researcher for the Vera List Center for Art and Politics and as events coordinator for the Zanzibar International Film Festival( ZIFF).
