This short video documents a street-protest in front of the Vienese US Embassy, organised by Public Netbase in Vienna against the prosecution of artist Steve Kurtz, scientist Robert Ferell and members of the Critical Art Ensemble for supposed 'bio-terrorism'.
A Grand Jury decided to proceed with this prosecution on June 15, 2004. The case was eventually dismissed on April 21, 2008.
